Office goods definition

Office goods means personal effects, fixtures, furniture, equipment, stock and supplies or other property usually used in or as part of the stock of any office, or commercial, institutional, professional or other type of establishment, when it is put into storage or when the property is transported by virtue of its removal, in whole or in part, from one location to another, but does not mean or include stock and supplies or other property usually used in or as part of the stock of any office, or commercial, institutional, professional or other type of establishment, when put into storage;

  • Legal Services means services of a legal or financial nature and includes any part of such services, and for the avoidance of doubt, includes (without limitation):-

  • Home health services means part-time or intermittent skilled nursing services, other therapeutic services (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy), and home health aide services made available on a visiting basis in a place of residence used as the client's home.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • General Services has the meaning ascribed to it in section "2.1" hereinbelow;
