Official Price List definition

Official Price List means the then-current list of per Developer License and other prices for the Product and related services that ironArray does officially communicate and publish. The Official Price List is an integral part ofthis Subscription Agreement and the version current as per the Effective Date is attached to this Subscription Agreement as Annex 1.
