Official visit definition

Official visit means the attendance of meetings, seminars, workshops, training courses or any other event that a delegate attends in his/her official capacity for which prior approval has been obtained, and includes the attendance of meetings of Institutes by Councillors and/or officials that have been selected to serve on the management structures of the Institute.
