A TenneT is the TSO for electricity in the Netherlands as well as the TSO for the Offshore Transmission System; B the Connected Party operates the Installation.
Any consequences of delay or unavailability of the Connection or the Offshore Transmission System will be solely governed by section 16f of the Act and no provision of this Realisation Agreement will reduce or extend the Connected Party's rights for compensation under the Act or give rise to contractual or other liability of TenneT in relation to delay or unavailability of the Connection or the Offshore Transmission System.
The Connected Party shall be entitled to receive a maximum amount of electricity from the Offshore Transmission System equal to the Contracted Transmission Capacity via the Connection.
