Offsite Works definition

Offsite Works means that portion of the Works which are to be located on an existing highway or other public right of way in the City;
Offsite Works means the works located in and along Beatty Line North in the Township that include the extension of a multi-use path, urbanizing Beatty Line North, storm sewers and associated utility works and connections, more particularly described in Schedule “C” to this Agreement;
Offsite Works means those parts of the Works which are to be carried out by the Concessionaire in respect of the Off­Site Facilities.

  • Upon the issuance to the Developer of the Final Acceptance Certificate the ownership of the Offsite Works described in such certificate (except grading) shall vest in the Township and the Developer shall have no claims or rights thereto, other than those accruing as an owner of land abutting the streets in which such services are installed.

  • Such Offsite Works shall only be assumed by the Township upon the Township granting Final Acceptance at the end of the guarantee period with respect to such service; the guarantee shall remain in effect until Final Acceptance has been granted for the applicable Offsite Works.

  • The Developer acknowledges that the Township will only grant acceptance, whether preliminary or final, on the basis of four distinct stages of construction and only on the whole of the Offsite Works.

  • A Deed of Agreement will then be executed to govern the delivery of the EDP Estate Works and EDP Offsite Works and issuance of consequent leases.

Offsite Works means the replacement and upsizing of the sanitary sewer along Schmon Parkway to service the CGP Lands and other lands owned by Brock University comprising the installation of approximately 380 metres of 375mm diameter sanitary sewer and related appurtenances in accordance with the Niagara Peninsula Standard Contract Documents and as outlined in the proposal from Upper Canada Planning & Engineering Ltd., dated March 9, 2020 (as amended).
Offsite Works means any works required to be carried out by the Contractor outside the Sites (not forming part of the Works as at the Effective Date nor set out in Annex 7 of the Authority’s Requirements) in order to comply with the Travel Plan Condition in any of the Planning Consents;

Related to Offsite Works

  • Sewage Works means all facilities for collecting, pumping, treating, and disposing of sewage.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Work/ works means work / works to be executed in accordance with the contract.

  • The Works means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Demolition works means any physical activity to tear down or break up a structure (or part thereof) or surface, or the like, and includes the loading of demolition waste and the unloading of plant or machinery.

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Collective Work means a work, such as a periodical issue, anthology or encyclopedia, in which the Work in its entirety in unmodified form, along with a number of other contributions, constituting separate and independent works in themselves, are assembled into a collective whole. A work that constitutes a Collective Work will not be considered a Derivative Work (as defined below) for the purposes of this License.

  • Private Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property that are not Public Improvements.

  • Licensee Improvements means any enhancement to or modification or improvement of the Licensed Patents and/or the Proprietary Information created by or on behalf of Licensee and/or any of its subsidiaries.

  • Urgent Works means any urgent measures, which in the opinion of the Engineer-in-charge become necessary during the progress of the work to obviate any risk of accident or failure or which become necessary for security.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.
