OHS Representatives definition

OHS Representatives means an employee elected as such by a majority of employees, in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic).

Related to OHS Representatives

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

  • Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.

  • Department Representative means an individual who represents the Department and presents the Department’s position in a hearing.
