OIL-BRENT-IPE definition

OIL-BRENT-IPE means that the price for a Pricing Date will be that day's Specified Price per metric barrel of deliverable grade Brent blend crude oil on ICE of the First Nearby Month Brent Futures Contract stated in U.S. Dollars as made public by ICE and displayed on the relevant Price Source on that Pricing Date.

Related to OIL-BRENT-IPE

  • Parent IP means all Intellectual Property Rights that are owned or purported to be owned by Parent or its Subsidiaries.

  • Patent License Agreement means the Patent License Agreement by and between Buyer and Seller substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.

  • Trademark License Agreement means that certain Trademark License Agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.

A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.
