Parent IP means all Intellectual Property Rights that are owned or purported to be owned by Parent or its Subsidiaries.
Patent License Agreement means the Patent License Agreement by and between Buyer and Seller substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.
Trademark License Agreement means that certain Trademark License Agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.
Technology License Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Technology License Agreement by and between Intel, Micron and the Joint Venture Company dated as of the Effective Date, as amended.
Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.
