Oil Containers definition

Oil Containers has the meaning set out in Appendix B of the ISP; “Oil Filters” has the meaning set out in Appendix B of the ISP;

Examples of Oil Containers in a sentence

  • CONTRACTOR shall not be required to collect material placed in Used Oil Containers or Used Oil Filter Containers unless the material is Used Oil or Used Oil Filters, respectively.

  • If non-collection is because the Used Oil or Used Oil Filter was placed in an improper container, CONTRACTOR shall also leave Used Oil Containers or Used Oil Filter Containers in a number sufficient to contain the uncollected Used Oil (but not exceeding sixteen (16) quarts) or Used Oil Filters (but not exceeding two (2) Used Oil Filters) along with the Non-Collection Notice.

  • Within seven (7) Work Days of receipt of 1436 request for Waste Oil Collection Services, CONTRACTOR shall, at CONTRACTOR’S sole 1437 cost and expense, provide management of the MFD complex with a sufficient number of 1438 Waste Oil Containers.

  • For routes with Cooking Oil Collection, the number of Cooking Oil Containers Collected and the 2544 number of Cooking Oil Containers distributed by Service Recipient category.

  • For routes with Used Motor Oil Collection, the number of Used Motor Oil Containers Collected 2542 and the number of Used Motor Oil Containers distributed by Service Recipient category.

  • CONTRACTOR shall maintain an inventory of 20 Recycling Carts, Used Oil Containers and Used Oil Filter Containers in sufficient 21 number for CONTRACTOR to perform deliveries, repairs and exchanges of such 22 equipment in a timely manner.

  • Within five (5) 29 Work Days of receipt of a verbal request from CITY or an SFD Service Unit, 30 CONTRACTOR shall, at CONTRACTOR’s sole cost and expense, provide the SFD 31 Service Unit where the customer resides with Used Oil Containers and Used Oil Filter 32 Containers in the number requested by CITY or the SFD Service Unit but not exceeding a 33 number sufficient to hold sixteen (16) quarts of Used Oil and two (2) Used Oil Filters.

Related to Oil Containers

  • Outer burial container means any container which is designed for placement in the ground around a casket or an urn including but not limited to containers commonly known as burial vaults, urn vaults, grave boxes, grave liners, and lawn crypts.
