OLB Common Stock has the meaning given to the term in Section 4.2(a) of this Agreement. OLB Companies means OLB, Old Line, and any other OLB Subsidiary, collectively. OLB Disclosure Schedule means, collectively, the disclosure schedules delivered by OLB to RBI at or prior to the execution and delivery of this Agreement, as may be updated pursuant to Section 5.6 of this Agreement. OLB ERISA Affiliate means any Entity that, together with OLB, is treated as a single employer under IRC Sections 414(b), (c), (m) or (o).

Examples of OLB Common Stock in a sentence

  • Each share of OLB Common Stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Date shall, on and after the Effective Date, continue to be issued and outstanding.

  • The shares of OLB Common Stock to be issued pursuant to the Merger have been duly authorized and, when issued and delivered in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, will be validly issued, fully paid, nonassessable and free of preemptive rights.
