Has simultaneously handed over the possession of land located at Plot No. OAH-01, Pocket-J, Sector-18, Yeida to Society as per Schedule “A” (hereinafter to be referred as “the said Plot of Land”) and measuring 3250 sqm for developing the said Plot of Land by constructing thereon the first of the chain of Old Age Homes to be known as “BHAVANA OLD AGE HOME-1”.
