On A Request Basis definition

On A Request Basis means that The company will receive the child request from Baz Bus and once The company has confirmed receipt of the child request with the Baz Bus in writing, all other agents who have guests booked on the specific departure will be contacted to request permission for the child / children to join the tour. The agents then have 48 hours to respond to the request. If no response is received from any agents the child/children will be accepted onto the tour. If the response is negative, we will have a look at an alternative date or tour for the family.

Related to On A Request Basis

  • Service Request means a request for service such as adds, moves, changes and technical assistance;

  • Work Request means a document prepared by the Contractor which describes over and above work being proposed.

  • Acceptable Appraisal means, with respect to an appraisal of Inventory, the most recent appraisal of such property received by Agent (a) from an appraisal company satisfactory to Agent, (b) the scope and methodology (including, to the extent relevant, any sampling procedure employed by such appraisal company) of which are satisfactory to Agent, and (c) the results of which are satisfactory to Agent, in each case, in Agent’s Permitted Discretion.

  • Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower for a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.03.

  • Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.05.
