On-Boarding Agreement definition

On-Boarding Agreement means a document executed by the Parties, through which Client orders the Solution(s), Services, and any additional software, products, or services from ESAB. Each On-Boarding Agreement forms a part of this Agreement. No On-Boarding Agreement shall be binding on ESAB until accepted in writing by an engage ESAB to perform certain Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement as set forth in an On- Boarding Agreement. To the extent the terms and conditions in the On-Boarding Agreement are inconsistent with the terms of these Terms and Conditions, the On-Boarding Agreement shall control if the On-Boarding Agreement references the applicable section of these Terms and Conditions and expressly states that such section shall supersede the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of On-Boarding Agreement in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise set forth in an On-Boarding Agreement, the Fees are due no later than thirty (30) days after the date of an invoice.
