On-Dock Date definition

On-Dock Date shall have the meaning given thereto in Section 5.2.
On-Dock Date means; (i) the date stipulated on Buyer's Order for the delivery of the specified Deliverables during normal business hours and days to the Delivery Site designated by Buyer; and (ii) the date stipulated on Buyer's Order for the performance of Services to be completed by Seller as specified under Buyer's Order. ***Certain information in this exhibit has been omitted and filed separately with the commission. Related to On-Dock Date

  • Execution Date means the date on which the parties execute and enter into this Agreement.

  • Commission Documents means, as of a particular date, all reports, schedules, forms, statements and other documents filed by the Company with the Commission pursuant to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act, including material filed pursuant to Section 13(a) or 15(d) of the Exchange Act, and shall include all information contained in such filings and all filings incorporated by reference therein.

  • Solicitation Documents means the Consent Solicitation Statement dated as of March 18, 2005 and the related Consent Form, each as may be amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • ZERO DATE means the date of issue of LETTER OF INTENT (LOI) or issue of WORK ORDER, whichever is earlier.

  • Agreement End Date has the meaning specified in Section 10.1(e).
