Onboarding Fee definition

Onboarding Fee means the initial one-time fee for device Onboarding as detailed in a Statement of Work.

Onboarding Fee is a One-time fee: OTRA will help and guide the Parking Operator in setting up the Platform and the Security Infrastructure (if applicable), so the Parking Operator has the guarantee they will use it as intended and will be set for the future.
