Once the Company pays all deferred interest payments on the Junior Subordinated Notes, including any Additional Interest accrued on the deferred interest, it shall be entitled to again defer interest payments on the Junior Subordinated Notes as described above, but not beyond the Stated Maturity of the Junior Subordinated Notes.
