One Group definition

One Group entered into in the name of on behalf thereof by any of the Trustees, representatives or agents are made not individually, but in such capacities, and are not binding upon any of the Trustees, shareholders or representatives of the Trust personally, but bind only the assets of the Trust, and all persons dealing with any Fund must look solely to the assets of the Trust belonging to such Fund for the enforcement of any claims against the Trust.
One Group has the meaning specified in Section ‎9.14(a)(ii).

  • Specifically, the HVII Group and, following the Closing, the Company, agree that they shall not, and shall cause their Affiliates not to, seek to have NMRS be disqualified from representing (a) any member of the ONE Group in connection with any dispute that may arise between such parties and the HVII Group or the Company or (b) the Purchaser or the Company in connection with any dispute that may arise between such parties and the members of the ONE Group.
