ONE JIB means the ONE Joint Investment Board that has been established under subsection 202(1) of the Act in accordance with Part II of O. Reg. 438/97, as constituted from time to time, acting pursuant to the ONE JIB Agreement;

  • Upon receipt of such written notice, ONE JIB, under the authority of its Chair, shall arrange for an independent investigation of the matter to be conducted by duly qualified persons who are not employees of ONE JIB or ONE Investment.

  • ONE JIB has the authority to agree to reasonable compensation and proper expenses for any independent legal counsel and other advisors engaged by ONE JIB.

  • Prior to retaining an independent advisor, the Chair of ONE JIB will provide advance notice to ONE Investment.

  • This Code of Conduct applies to the Chair and the other Members of ONE JIB acting in their capacity as Members.
