  • Although eHealth takes reasonable steps to verify the identity of each individual listed in the ONE Mail Directory, it does not represent, warrant or covenant that the listings in the ONE Mail Directory are complete or accurate.

  • Client is also responsible for informing eHealth Ontario in the event Client discovers that the information in the ONE Mail Directory relating to Client is incorrect and providing the correct information.
