ONE MONTH’S NOTICE definition
ONE MONTH’S NOTICE means notice may be given on the first day of the month and will continue until the last day of the month. Accordingly, where notice is given on any day other than the first day of the month, the notice period will only commence on the first day of the following month and will continue until the last day of that same month.
