One-On-One definition

One-On-One means the Parent Partner meets with participant face-to-face for approximately one hour or more to provide support and there are no other activities (court hearing, AA meeting, Family Team Decision-Making) taking place at the time of this meeting.

  • It is the policy of Compuware Youth Hockey and MAHA that any individual meetings with a minor participant and a coach or other adult in a locker room shall require that a second screened adult is present and follow the USA Hockey One-On-One Interactions Policy.

  • From and after the Closing Date, Buyer shall, upon the written request of One-On-One Sports, Inc., permit either Seller or any other subsidiary of One-On-One Sports, Inc.

  • Ladies and Gentlemen The undersigned (being herein called the "Underwriters"), understand that ABN AMRO Mortgage Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), proposes to issue and sell approximately $620,139,052 original principal amount of Multi-Class Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates described below (the "Certificates"). The Certificates will be issued under a Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of February 1, 2003 among the Company, as depositor, Washington Mutual Mortgage Securities Corp., as servicer and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee. The terms of the Certificates are summarized below and are more fully described in the Company's Prospectus Supplement prepared with respect to the Certificates. All the provisions (including defined terms) contained in the Underwriting Agreement are incorporated by reference herein in their entirety and shall be deemed to be part of this Terms Agreement to the same extent as if such provisions had been set forth in full herein. The Closing Time referred to in Section 2 of the Underwriting Agreement shall be 10:00 a.m., New York, New York time, on February 27, 2003 and the location of the closing shall be the New York City offices of Thacher Proffitt & Wood.
