Examples of One Time Services in a sentence

  • EBM may provide One-Time Services through its employees or third parties as it deems necessary.

  • The Order or SOW shall contain the rates/fees for the applicable One-Time Services.

  • EBM is under no obligation to perform any One-Time Services other than pursuant to an Order or signed SOW.

  • EBM agrees to perform the Subscription Services, One-Time Services, and Professional Services (collectively, the “EBM Services”).

  • The parties may agree for EBM to provide Customer with One-Time Services, on an as-needed basis, as set forth in one or more Orders or Statements of Work (“SOW”).

  • Free Services means the Subscription Service or other products or features made available by us to you on an unpaid trial or free basis.
