Ongoing Contract definition

Ongoing Contract. “Engagement Offer” means an offer by the Firm to the Contractor to supply the Services in connection with an assignment on the terms set out in Appendix A.
Ongoing Contract means any Contract whose delivery falls within the timelines outlined in Appendix FReporting Conditions.
Ongoing Contract means any and all Contracts other than those which are either for a specified fixed term or a limited number of collections/disposals.
