Examples of Ongoing Contract in a sentence

  • In the event that this contract is designated in Section B hereof as an Ongoing Contract, Contractor, on or before February 1st of any given year, shall provide written notice of any change in the rates specified in Section C hereof (or on any attachments hereto) and said changes shall only be effective on and after May 1st of that same year.

  • Upon written request to the Ongoing Contract Committee, which shall include rationale, employees may be required to serve up to an additional twenty (20) working day trial period.

Related to Ongoing Contract

  • Existing Contract means a contract that was made before the operative date;

  • Training Contract means an agreement signed by the employer and the Apprentice or Trainee (and a parent or guardian if applicable), in accordance with the Act and Regulatory requirements.

  • Continuing Contract means a contract for Professional Services entered into in accordance with Section 287.055 of the Florida Statutes, between the District and a firm, whereby the firm provides Professional Services to the District for projects in which the costs do not exceed two million dollars ($2,000,000), for a study activity when the fee for such Professional Services to the District does not exceed two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000), or for work of a specified nature as outlined in the contract with the District, with no time limitation except that the contract must provide a termination clause (for example, a contract for general District engineering services).   • Financial Contract of a Person means (i) any exchange-traded or over-the-counter futures, forward, swap or option contract or other financial instrument with similar characteristics or (ii) any Rate Management Transaction.

  • Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b)(ii)(A).

  • Service Contract means, with respect to a Financed Vehicle, the agreement, if any, financed under the related Receivable that provides for the repair of such Financed Vehicle.
