Ongoing Park Maintenance definition

Ongoing Park Maintenance means the City’s or the Agency’s costs of operating and maintaining: (a) Improvements constructed pursuant to the Parks and Open Space Plan (not including in the CP State Recreation Area, except for overland stormwater infrastructure maintained by the City or the Agency in the CP State Recreation Area) within the Project Site, including installing landscaping, all personnel or third-party maintenance costs, costs of maintaining irrigation systems and other equipment directly related to maintenance, maintenance or replacement as needed of landscape areas, water features, bathrooms, trash receptacles, park benches, planting containers, picnic tables, and other equipment or fixtures installed in areas to be maintained, insurance costs, and any other related overhead costs, along with Agency personnel, administrative, and overhead costs related to maintenance or to contracting for and managing third-party maintenance; and (b) any open space surface improvements on the Yosemite Slough Bridge.
Ongoing Park Maintenance means the costs of operating and maintaining Improvements constructed pursuant to the Parks and Open Space Plan within the Project Site, including installing landscaping, all personnel or third-party maintenance costs, costs of maintaining irrigation systems and other equipment directly related to maintenance, maintenance or replacement as needed of landscape areas, water features, bathrooms, trash receptacles, park benches, planting containers, picnic tables, and other equipment or fixtures installed in areas to be maintained, insurance costs, and any other related overhead costs, along with Authority personnel, administrative, and overhead costs related to maintenance or to contracting for and managing third- party maintenance.
Ongoing Park Maintenance means the costs of operating and maintaining Improvements constructed pursuant to the Parks and Open Space Plan within the Redevelopment Plan Area, including installing landscaping, all personnel or third-party maintenance costs, costs of maintaining irrigation systems and other equipment directly related to maintenance, maintenance or replacement as needed of landscape areas, water features, bathrooms, trash receptacles, park benches, planting containers, picnic tables, and other equipment or fixtures installed in areas to be maintained, insurance costs, and any other related overhead costs, along with Authority personnel, administrative, and overhead costs related to maintenance or to contracting for and managing third-party maintenance.

Examples of Ongoing Park Maintenance in a sentence

  • Each CFD shall be authorized to finance all of the Qualified Project Costs, Additional Community Facilities, and Ongoing Park Maintenance, irrespective of the geographic location of the improvements financed or maintained.

  • A CFD may finance only Qualified Project Costs, Additional Community Facilities, and Ongoing Park Maintenance that: (a) are financeable under the CFD Act; and (b) qualify under Tax Laws, if CFD Bonds are issued and if CFD Bonds are issued as tax-exempt bonds.

  • Accordingly, each RMA shall provide for the financing of Ongoing Park Maintenance for the duration of the CFD.

  • For each CFD, prior to its CFD Conversion Date, Ongoing Park Maintenance shall be payable from Remainder Taxes and other sources identified in Section 2.7. For each CFD, after its CFD Conversion Date, Ongoing Park Maintenance may be payable from Project Special Taxes or Remainder Taxes.

  • The Agency agrees to use Maintenance Special Taxes only to pay for Ongoing Park Maintenance within the Project Site.

  • Developer and the Agency understand that the City and the Agency are responsible for Ongoing Park Maintenance, and financing Ongoing Park Maintenance is of paramount importance to the City, the Agency, and Developer.

  • Ongoing Park Maintenance costs will not be payable from Net Available Increment.

  • In both cases, Ongoing Park Maintenance may be funded irrespective of the issuance of CFD Bonds (First Tranche or Second Tranche) and irrespective of whether there are unreimbursed Qualified Project Costs or Additional Community Facilities.

  • Accordingly, each RMA will provide that Remainder Taxes may be used to finance Ongoing Park Maintenance and Qualified Project Costs.

  • To preserve the ability to finance Ongoing Park Maintenance, an issue of First Tranche CFD Bonds will not have a debt service coverage-ratio of less than one hundred ten percent (110%), unless otherwise agreed to by City.

Related to Ongoing Park Maintenance

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Industrial maintenance coating means a high performance architectural coating, including primers, sealers, undercoaters, intermediate coats, and topcoats formulated for application to substrates, including floors, exposed to one or more of the following extreme environmental conditions listed below and labeled “For industrial use only;” “For professional use only;” “Not for residential use;” or “Not intended for residential use.”

  • Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors but does not include dusting aids, wood cleaners, products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Monthly Maintenance Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.6;

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, Sprint Convergence is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Corrective Maintenance means the maintenance which is required when an item has failed or worn out, to bring it back to working order, which may also include those services necessary to partially restore, renew or strengthen an existing Department facility or system, following damage caused by use or normal wear and tear.
