Online Booking System definition

Online Booking System means the online website booking system used to book a short term rental of the property accessed via HV.Hotel’s website xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx/hotel/hv-hotel being ‘Smoobu’, or such other authorised third party distribution channel such as AirBnB, Xxxxxxx.xxx, short stay real estate agents, nominated by HV.Hotel from time to time;

Online Booking System means the online tool of the Storage Service Provider at the Storage Portal for booking of the Storage Services by the Storage Customer. "Operating Agreement" in the form attached in Annex 1 of the Storage Service Agreement stipulate the general conditions of cooperation between the Storage Service Provider and the Storage Customer in the operational execution of the Storage Service Agreement. "Qualified Storage Customer" shall be any Storage Customer that respectively fulfills the obligatory requirements pursuant to Article 6 hereof.
