Online Convention definition

Online Convention means the online/online portion of the Convention, made available by PDAC through the Platform, which includes, without limitation, the Online Exhibit Hall, online presentations, meeting and chat rooms and such other online features determined by PDAC from time to time.

Examples of Online Convention in a sentence

  • Subject to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws, Exhibitor may use the Platform for the sole purpose of Exhibitor’s lawful participation in the Online Convention only.

  • Except as set out in these Terms & Conditions, PDAC has not made and specifically disclaims any representation or warranty, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantibility and fitness of the Platform and/or Online Convention for a particular purpose.

  • The parties acknowledge that in the event that Covid-19 Measures restrict the ordinary course operations of the Convention (including the Online Convention), the parties will cooperate in good faith and use commercially reasonable efforts to abide by such Covid-19 Measures to ensure that the Convention proceeds to the extent permitted (if at all) by the Covid-19 Measures.

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to the Exhibitor commencing on the date the Exhibitor submits a completed Online Exhibitor Application form to PDAC or otherwise accepts these Terms & Conditions, and continues in full force and effect until the close of the Online Convention (including designated take-down times) or until they are otherwise terminated beforehand in accordance with the terms herein.

  • PDAC makes no representation that the operation of the Platform or the Online Convention will be uninterrupted or error-free, and provides no assurances that Exhibitor will achieve any specific business results from the use of the Platform or the Online Convention.

  • Online exhibits must be tested and available for viewing by Attendees by 8 AM on the opening day of the Online Convention (content uploaded and Exhibitor Booth staff assigned).

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in PDAC removing the Exhibitor from the Online Convention and/or immediately canceling the Exhibitor’s Booth without any recourse by the Exhibitor, its Representatives and/or associated Attendees to PDAC for any fees, costs and expenses.

  • Exhibitor is solely responsible for checking the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms & Conditions prior to attending the Online Convention and reviewing any changes since the previous version reviewed by the Exhibitor.

  • All Exhibitors and Exhibitor personnel must complete a registration form with PDAC in order to be granted access to the Online Convention.

  • The Exhibitor shall not initiate removal of or discard its Booth prior to the official Online Convention closing time.

Related to Online Convention

  • ICSID Convention means the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of other States, done at Washington, March 18, 1965;

  • Warsaw Convention means the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air, signed at Warsaw, October 12, 1929, as amended, but not including the Montreal Convention as defined above.

  • STCW Convention means the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978;

  • Geneva Convention means the Convention of 28 July 1951 relating to the status of refugees, as amended by the New York Protocol of 31 January 1967;

  • Chicago Convention means the Convention on International Civil Aviation, signed at Chicago on 7 December 1944, as amended, and its Annexes;

  • Hague Convention means the Convention on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extra Judicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters done at the Hague on 15 November 1965;

  • the Convention means the Convention on International Civil Aviation opened for signature at Chicago on 7 December 1944, and includes: (i) any amendment that has entered into force under Article 94(a) of the Convention and has been ratified by all the Contracting Parties to this Agreement, and (ii) any Annex or any amendment thereto adopted under Article 90 of the Convention, insofar as such Annexes or amendments are, at any given time, effective for all the Contracting Parties to this Agreement;

  • Montreal Convention means the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air, signed at Montreal, May 28, 1999.

  • FRN Convention or “Eurodollar Convention” means that each such date shall be the date which numerically corresponds to the preceding such date in the calendar month which is the number of months specified in the Final Terms after the calendar month in which the preceding such date occurred, provided that:

  • New York Convention means the United Nations Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, done at New York on 10 June 1958;

  • Paris Convention means the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property of March 20, 1883, as last revised;

  • Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions means any determination, decision or election with respect to any technical, administrative or operational matter (including with respect to the manner and timing of the publication of Three-Month Term SOFR, or changes to the definition of “interest period,” timing and frequency of determining Three-Month Term SOFR with respect to each interest period and making payments of interest, rounding of amounts or tenors, and other administrative matters) that the Calculation Agent decides may be appropriate to reflect the use of Three-Month Term SOFR as the Benchmark in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Calculation Agent decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Calculation Agent determines that no market practice for the use of Three-Month Term SOFR exists, in such other manner as the Calculation Agent determines is reasonably necessary).

  • Primary convention means the political party conventions held during the year

  • Safety Convention means the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (a copy of the English text of the articles of which, and of part of the annex to which, is set forth in Schedule 4), as affected by any amendment, other than an amendment objected to by Australia, made under Article VIII of that Convention and, after the date on which the Protocol of 1978 relating to the Safety Convention enters into force for Australia, as also affected by that Protocol;

  • Private sewage disposal system means a system which provides for the treatment or disposal of domestic sewage from four or fewer dwelling units or the equivalent of less than sixteen individuals on a continuing basis.

  • Convention facility means all or any part of, or any combination of, a convention hall, auditorium, arena, meeting rooms, exhibition area, and related adjacent public areas that are generally available to the public for lease on a short-term basis for holding conventions, meetings, exhibits, and similar events, together with real or personal property, and easements above, on, or under the surface of real or personal property, used or intended to be used for holding conventions, meetings, exhibits, and similar events, together with appurtenant property, including covered walkways, parking lots, or structures, necessary and convenient for use in connection with the convention facility. Convention facility includes an attached arena with a seating capacity not exceeding 13,000. Convention facility does not include any arena with a seating capacity exceeding 13,000.

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Convention center means a facility that is:

  • online marketplace means a service using software, including a website, part of a website or an application, operated by or on behalf of a trader which allows consumers to conclude distance contracts with other traders or consumers;

  • Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG means the iconectiv Reference document used by Telecommunications Carriers to identify NPA-NXX routing and homing information as well as Network element and equipment designations.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • public telecommunications network means the telecommunications infrastructure authorised by a Party to be used to provide public telecommunications services between defined network termination points;

  • NYFRB’s Website means the website of the NYFRB at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor source.

  • service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the mayor of a municipality in terms of section 53(1) (c) (ii) for implementing the municipality’s delivery of municipal services and its annual budget.
