Online Users definition

Online Users means end users (i.e. persons not in the business of providing travel services to others) who access the ITA Software at the Site for the purpose of viewing fares, schedules, seat availability, or purchasing air travel.
Online Users means end users (i.e. persons not in the business of providing travel services to others) who access QPX at a Site for the purpose of viewing fares, schedules, seat availability, or purchasing air travel, including (without limitation) users who call an Orbitz customer service agent who accesses QPX at an Orbitz Site.
Online Users means those individuals Subscriber authorizes to access and use the Services, and to whom Subscriber has supplied user identifications and passwords (or by Prista at Subscriber’s request). Online users may include but are not limited to Subscriber’s employees, consultants, contractors and agents; or third parties with which Subscriber transacts business. For the purposes of this Agreement and the use of the Services, all Online Users are deemed to be agents in fact of Subscriber.

More Definitions of Online Users

Online Users means (i) end users of air travel-related services (i.e., persons planning travel for their own use, who are not in the business of providing such planning services to others) who gain access to the Galileo System or other travel booking services of Galileo and/or its Affiliates over the World Wide Web through web sites and/or travel booking applications operated by travel agents (including xxx.xxxx.xxx and xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx), corporations, Galileo, affiliates of Galileo, and/or other individuals or entities that use or provide travel-planning services to end users over the World Wide Web and (ii) (***). Galileo agrees to notify ITA from time to time of those individuals and entities to which it has made the Licensed Software available for use by Online Users, and all PNRs created in the Galileo System by such Online Users of such individuals and entities will be subject to the Online License Fee set forth in Section 6(a)(i), regardless of whether the functionality of the Licensed Software is made available in any particular transaction to any such Online User. If a travel agent (or other individual and entity providing travel planning services over the World Wide Web) is also an (***), its (***) and online activities will be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement relating to (***) and Online Users, respectively.

For the avoidance of doubt, a web site owned by Orbitz that does not Use the ITA Technology will not be considered an “Orbitz Site” for purposes of this Agreement. (s)“Orbitz White Label Customer” means the operator of a White Label Site. (t)“Per-PNR Fee” has the meaning set forth in Section 4(d). (u)“Person” means any individual, firm, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust, joint venture or governmental or administrative agency or authority, or any other entity, and shall include any successor (by merger or otherwise) of such entity. (v)“QPX” means ITA's airfare pricing and shopping system that shops, prices, and checks availability of all solutions in a single XML query. QPX includes, without limitation, the following functionality: (i) domestic and international fares, (ii) flexible date shopping (+/- N days), (iii) calendar shopping, (iv) multi-origin / multi-destination shopping, (v) search alternate airports within radius, (vi) multi-passenger shopping, (viii) promotions support, (ix) show multiple fares per itinerary: “Up-sell”, and (x) searches public and private fares. Additionally, QPX provides the ability to search for all of the following: fares and rules, schedules, taxes and surcharges, currency rates, ITA-maintained data, and exceptions to industry standards, and responses may be provided with or without availability data. QPX permits the ability to modify the result set that is presented through use of the “enumeration specification”. (w)“QPX-Powered PNR” means a passenger name record (“PNR”) created in a system (such as a reservations system of an airline or a CRS) by or on behalf of any Online User; provided, however, that a PNR in which the marketing carrier is one with respect to which there are Booking Issues (as defi...

Related to Online Users

  • Service Users means each person who is referred or presents to the Provider as part of the provision of the Services;

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Routine use means the disclosure of a record without the consent of the subject or subjects, for a purpose which is compatible with the purpose for which the record was collected. It includes disclosures required to be made by statute other than the public records law, Iowa Code chapter 22.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).
