Ontario One Call definition

Ontario One Call means the Corporation continued under subsection 2(1) of the Act.
Ontario One Call means Ontario One Call a statutory entity which provides call centre services to the City and the Other Utilities which includes receiving requests for locates and transmitting them to the Locate Service Provider;
Ontario One Call means Ontario One Call, a statutory entity which provides call centre services to the Town and the Other Utilities which includes receiving requests for locates and transmitting them to the Locate Service Provider, or any lawful successor thereto;

Examples of Ontario One Call in a sentence

  • It is agreed that in an event of request for an Emergency Locates under the Ontario One Call system, the Company, at its own cost, shall take all reasonable steps to complete a Locate response (clear or locate) within two (2) hours from its receipt on the system that the Company has designated for those purposes.

  • Prior to commencing any Plant Work in the Road Allowance, the Company shall ensure that the contractor performing the work shall contact Ontario One Call to obtain information about any existing infrastructure within the Road Allowance.

  • The Company agrees, at its own cost, to register as a member of Ontario One Call and shall comply with the Ontario Underground Infrastructure Notification System Act, 2012, as amended.

  • Prior to commencing any Work in the CP Rail Trail, the Company shall ensure that the contractor performing the work shall contact Ontario One Call to obtain information about any existing infrastructure within the CP Rail Trail.

  • The aim of economic cooperation shall be to: - encourage the implementation of the overall objectives of this Agreement; - promote balanced economic relations between the Parties; - support Egypt's own efforts to achieve sustainable economic and social development.

  • The Parties shall, at its own cost and at the request of the other Party (or its contractors or authorized agents), physically locate its respective facilities by marking the ROW using paint, staking or other suitable identification method (“Locates”), in accordance with the required Ontario legislation administered by Ontario One Call.

  • It is a requirement of the City that the Licensee provide Ontario One Call with as built engineering drawings of its infrastructure, as well as the location of its infrastructure with respect to distance from nearest intersection, in advance of execution of this License.

  • Ontario One Call will issue an automatic clearance based on the parameters of this Protocol.

  • It will be the Contractor’s responsibility to coordinate and secure “Municipal Infrastructure Locates” through Ontario One Call: ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇.

  • The purpose of this report is to obtain Council approval for the Mayor and Clerk to sign the Service Agreement to allow the City to become Members of Ontario One Call.
