OpCo Unit definition

OpCo Unit means any class of units or interests that is established in OpCo.
OpCo Unit means a unit or interest (of any class or series of units, as specified in an Award agreement) of any member of the Oaktree Operating Group.

OpCo Unit means an Award granted under Section 6 of the Plan.
