OpCo warrants definition
OpCo warrants means the warrants issued by OpCo to purchase OpCo Units;
OpCo warrants means warrants to purchase OpCo Units.
OpCo warrants means, collectively, all of the issued and outstanding warrants of Opco, as set out in Exhibit “A”.
