Open Access Consumers definition

Open Access Consumers means a consumer permitted by the Commission to receive supply of electricity from a person other than a distribution licensee of his area of supply and the expression includes a generating company or a licensee who has availed of or intends to avail supply of power through open access.
Open Access Consumers means a means a person/entity availing power using open access as permitted under the JSERC (Terms and Conditions for Intra-state Open Access) Regulations, 2016 and subsequent amendments thereof;
Open Access Consumers means a consumer, trader, distribution licensee or a generating company who has been granted Open Access under relevant regulations;

  • The wheeling of generated solar electricity within the state shall be allowed on payment of Transmission Charges and Transmission losses otherwise applicable to normal Open Access Consumers as per GERC Open Access Regulations.

  • The wheeling of generated solar electricity within the state shall be allowed on payment of wheeling Charges and Losses as applicable to normal Open Access Consumers as per GERC Open Access Regulations.

  • Open Access means the non-discriminatory provision for the use of transmission lines or distribution system or associated facilities with such lines or system by any licensee or consumer or a person engaged in generation in accordance with the regulations specified by the Appropriate Commission;
