Open Access Program definition

Open Access Program means the program required under the General Development Agreement and the Ground Lease with respect to the participation by minorities, women and disadvantaged persons and business enterprises in developing, constructing and operating the Casino.
Open Access Program is defined in Exhibit L to this IRU Agreement.
Open Access Program means the MBE/WBE/DBE program attached as Exhibit "C" to and made a part of the Amended and Restated Lease Agreement.

More Definitions of Open Access Program

Open Access Program has the meaning set forth in the Lease.
Open Access Program means the Open Access Program attached as Exhibit C to the Casino Lease.

Open Access Program means the program whereby designated Members are not formally assigned to a Primary Care Physician (PCP). This program allows for Members to be treated by any contracted PCP on a Fee For Service basis. PROVIDER shall treat any Member who is enrolled in the Open Access Program once eligibility is confirmed through IEHP Health Plan.
Open Access Program means the program hereby established by Landlord and Tenant as the Open Access Program, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "C" to this Lease and made a part hereof.
