Open Market Unit. Any residential unit constructed as part of the Development for disposal on the open market which is not an Affordable Housing Unit “the Plan” The plan annexed to this Deed at Schedule 4 “the Planning Permission” The [full/outline/hybrid] planning permission subject to conditions granted by the Council pursuant to the Application in the form of the draft decision notice incorporated in this Deed at Schedule 2
