Open Terrace definition

Open Terrace means the open terrace areas on certain floors of the Buildings each of which shall be attached and/or appurtenant only to a specified Unit and having access from such Unit only and meant to be occupied, used and enjoyed exclusively by the Unit Sub-Lessee/occupant of such Unit;
Open Terrace means the open terrace which is meant exclusively for the use of an Apartment Allottee, and which comprises an integral and inseparable part/component of an Apartment.
