OPEN TRUCK means a goods carrying vehicle in good working conditions having open body i.e. without side walls and tail gate, having carrying capacity not less than 15 ton capacity suitable for carrying material each package/item up to 5.9 meters in length 2.5 meters in width and 2.5 meter in height.
