Opening Facet Balance Sheet definition

Opening Facet Balance Sheet means the combined balance sheet of Facet, dated as of the Distribution Date, prepared on the same basis as the unaudited pro forma condensed combined balance sheet, dated September 30, 2008, included in the Form 10.
