Commencing on the Receivables Loan Opening Prepayment Date, Borrower shall have the option to prepay the Receivables Loan on any Installment Date, upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice, accompanied by the simultaneous payment of the applicable Receivables Loan Prepayment Premium.
