Operating Account Bank definition

Operating Account Bank means the bank where Borrower maintains the Operating Account.

Operating Account Bank. Sun Trust Bank, Miami, N.A. or such other domestic commercial bank having capital and surplus in excess of $500,000,000 reasonably satisfac- tory to holders of the Foothill Debt.

• If any person asserts any lien, encumbrance or adverse claim (including any writ, garnishment, judgment, warrant of attachment, execution or similar process) against the Account, the Operating Account Bank will promptly notify the Collateral Agent and the Borrower thereof.
