Account Banks definition

Account Banks means the credit institutions administering the Accounts and “Account Bank” means any of them.
Account Banks means, collectively, the Clearing Account Bank and the Collection Account Bank.
Account Banks means BMO Xxxxxx Bank, N.A., Merchants Bank, National Association, U.S. Bank National Association, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A and Xxxxxx Bank, National Association.

Account Banks means Santander UK situated at 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx X0 0XX and Abbey National Treasury Services plc, acting through its office at 0 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx'x Xxxxx, Xxxxxx XX0 0XX and any other financial institution which accedes to the Bank Account Agreement as an Account Bank; Accrual Period means, in accordance with Condition 4.7(c)(i)(A) of the Programme Conditions or, in the case of an N Covered Bond, the meaning set out in the relevant N Covered Bond Conditions, the relevant period from (and including) the most recent Interest Payment Date (or, if none, the Interest Commencement Date) to (but excluding) the relevant payment date;
Account Banks means the Issuer Account Bank, the Fund Account Bank, and the Reserve Account Bank; and
Account Banks means the banks with whom the Accounts listed in Schedule 1 (List of Bank Accounts) of this Agreement are held, and “Account Bank” means any of them.
