Operating Liabilities definition

Operating Liabilities means Liabilities other than Capital Liabilities.
Operating Liabilities as to Seller and Clinsite arising from the Business means the aggregate of the accounts payable, accrued expenses and unearned revenues (as to Clinsite relating to the Business) as of the Closing Date .
