Hedging Liabilities definition

Hedging Liabilities means the Liabilities owed by any Debtor to the Hedge Counterparties under or in connection with the Hedging Agreements.
Hedging Liabilities means the Liabilities owed by any Obligor to the Hedging Banks under the Hedging Agreements.
