Operating Log definition

Operating Log means an accurate and up-to-date operating log containing records of: (1) Net Electrical Output, Reactive Power production and kV bus voltage, at all times; (2) changes in operating status, Major Maintenance Outages, Scheduled Outages, Opportunity Maintenance Outages and Forced Outages; (3) any unusual conditions found during inspections; and (4) other matters agreed by the Coordinating Committee.
