Operating Net Cash Flow definition

Operating Net Cash Flow means Total Receipts minus Total Operating Distributions.
Operating Net Cash Flow means Cash Flow, less the sum of the following, to the extent paid or set aside by the Company: (i) all principal and interest payments on indebtedness of the Company and all other sums paid to lenders; (ii) all cash expenditures incurred incident to the normal operation of the Company's business; and (iii) such reserves as the Management Committee deems reasonably necessary to the proper operation of the Company's business. The "Operating Net Cash Flow" of the Company at any time shall be determined by the Accountants, which determination shall be binding and conclusive upon the Members in the absence of manifest arithmetical error.
Operating Net Cash Flow means Net Cash Flow as defined in the Operating Agreement (defined below), expressly excluding, however, all proceeds from the financing or re-financing of any indebtedness of the Company, all proceeds from the sale or other transfer of all or any portion of the Property, and all proceeds from Capital Contributions (as defined in the Operating Agreement).

  • The Company may distribute from time to time as a component of Operating Net Cash Flow such portion of the reserves which the Manager determines to be in excess of the amounts required by the Company.
