Operating Periods definition

Operating Periods means periods during which a Covered Nitric Acid Plant is producing nitric acid and NOx is emitted, including periods of Startup, Shutdown and Malfunction.
Operating Periods means periods during which Sulfur or Sulfur-Bearing Compounds are being fed to the furnace of a Covered Sulfuric Acid Plant.
