Operating Policies definition

Operating Policies means the operating policies approved by the Board in accordance with section 2.06 of this by-law.
Operating Policies. – means principles, standards and policies (i) related to the TFO's Transmission Facility, developed by the TFO and applicable to the TFO, the TA or the SC; and, (ii) related to the Transmission System developed by the TA and applicable to the TA, SC or TFO and other Transmission Facility owners; for fulfilling their respective duties, functions and responsibilities under the EUA and regulations made thereunder;

Operating Policies means the set of operational procedures, policies, and requirements for the use of OPCS, to be made available by the treasurer of state.
