Operating Regulations definition

Operating Regulations means the Association and Network bylaws, operating regulations, rules, policies and procedures. The Operating Regulations may be changed or updated from time to time without notice.
Operating Regulations means the collective body of Card brand and payment network by-laws, operating requirements and/or all other rules, policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards, the VISA Cardholder Information Security Program, the MasterCard Site Data Protection Program, and any other program or requirement that may be published and/or mandated by a Card brand or payment network.
Operating Regulations means the by-laws, rules and regulations of Visa.

Operating Regulations means standards, specifications, rules, circular letters, procedures, operating procedures and any other similar regulations governing and detailing the performance of the Agreements entered into by MARELLI and Supplier, as made available from time to time to Supplier;
