Operational Funding definition

Operational Funding means all funding except funding for capital outlay.
Operational Funding means the resources to be provided by Canada to the First Nation pursuant to clause 30.1 of the Framework Agreement to manage First Nation lands and make, administer and enforce its laws under a land code, and includes financial resources, as described in clause 27 of the Framework Agreement, to establish and maintain environmental assessment and environmental protection regimes;
Operational Funding means the funding necessary to operate the call-taking, teletype (queries only) and dispatch functions of the Consolidated Regional E-911 Communications System, subject to the appropriation and availability of adequate funds by COUNTY.

Operational Funding means the funding to support the engagement of the YPF; Other Relevant Stakeholders means

Educational facility does not include items as books, fuel, supplies, or other items the costs of which are customarily deemed to result in a current operating charge and does not include any facility used or to be used for sectarian instruction or as a place of religious worship, nor a facility which is used or to be used primarily in connection with a part of the program of a school or department of divinity for a religious denomination.

  • Project Funding means the funding for the Services;

  • Initial Funding Date means the Funding Date on which the first Loan is made pursuant to this Agreement, as specified in the Initial Borrower Funding Request.

  • Funding means the amounts of money provided by the LHIN to the HSP in each Funding Year of this Agreement;

Match share percentage is calculated by dividing the total match share contributions by the total allowable project cost. “Total allowable project cost” is the sum of the CEC’s reimbursable share and Recipient’s match share of the project costs. Match share expenditures have the following requirements:
