Operational Meeting definition

Operational Meeting has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(a).
Operational Meeting has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(a). “Original PFS Contract” has the meaning set forth in Section 1.01. “Oversight Committee” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.02. “Parties” means, collectively, the Commonwealth, Roca and YSI.

Examples of Operational Meeting in a sentence

  • Each Weekly Operational Meeting will consider and review as a minimum: Issues Register; and any new business, plus any other matters which the Authority wishes to raise at such meeting.

  • The Lead Provider shall prepare an agenda and circulate the agenda to all Operating Committee Members and the Investors at least two (2) Business Days in advance of any Operational Meeting.

  • The Project Manager shall prepare an agenda and circulate the agenda to all Operating Committee Members and the Lenders at least two (2) Business Days in advance of any Operational Meeting.
