Operational Meetings means meetings, either in person, telephonic or otherwise, attended by senior management of the Company and representatives of the Seller to be held in accordance with a schedule to be agreed upon by the parties, at which time any actions contemplated by Section 5.01 hereof will be discussed and if any affirmative action is to be taken thereon, authorized.
