Operational Permit definition

Operational Permit means an operational permit (decyzja zezwalająca na eksploatację) issued by the President of the Technical Supervision Office (Transportowy Dozór Techniczny) or other relevant Statutory Authority in respect of the Equipment or any part of the Works in respect of which such a permit is required pursuant to the applicable Laws.

Operational Permit means the FDNY Operational Permit for the NRG Site in a form reasonably acceptable to Owner.
