Operations and Maintenance Services definition

Operations and Maintenance Services means operations and maintenance service labor, including without limitation all operations, inspection, maintenance, emergency call-outs, troubleshooting, commissioning/installation of products and all service calls associated with service agreements such as, Extended Service Agreements, Expanded Warranties and any other contract activity on the Customer’s site. The term Operations and Maintenance Services includes the provision of labor only and does not include the provision of any equipment, parts, fluids or other goods (collectively, “Goods”) that CPGS may advise Customer are required further to or in connection with the Operations and Maintenance Services. Any such Goods shall be ordered by Customer pursuant a separate purchase order for such Goods placed by Customer on CPGS (“Separate PO”) or by Customer on a Caterpillar authorized dealer, and paid for at the prices quoted by CPGS, or such dealer, as the case may be, in effect at the time of such purchase order. In the event CPGS provides to Customer any Goods under a Separate PO, these Terms and Conditions shall apply to the sale of such Goods.
Operations and Maintenance Services means all services necessary to operate and maintain the Make Up Water System.
Operations and Maintenance Services means the services, competencies, processes, and tools provided under this Agreement to safely and reliably operate and maintain the Company and its properties and facilities as further described in Section 3.1.

Examples of Operations and Maintenance Services in a sentence

  • The CAB may hire or engage a CAB Manager to assist in the implementation of the Operations and Maintenance Services.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision contained in this CABEA, for so long as there remains in effect between the CAB and any CAB District such a pledge agreement, the provisions of such pledge agreement shall supersede every financial obligation of such CAB District under this CABEA with respect to the funding of Operations and Maintenance Services and the repayment of Developer advances to fund the cost of Operations and Maintenance Services.

  • The liability of CPGS, its affiliates, subcontractors, agents and employees arising out of the performance or nonperformance of its obligations in the rendition of Operations and Maintenance Services in connection with this Order, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise shall not exceed in the aggregate a sum equal to the Order price.

  • All claims for defective Operations and Maintenance Services under this warranty must be made in writing immediately upon discovery but in any event within thirty (30) days from the furnishing thereof.

  • The applicable warranty period is thirty (30) days from the date the applicable Operations and Maintenance Services were furnished.

  • The selected Contractor shall be paid a fixed monthly rate for Operations and Maintenance Services per revenue mile during the operational service period.

  • Contractor and County are entering into this Contract for Operations and Maintenance Services of Groundwater Control and Monitoring Systems and Water Supply Systems at North Region Landfills under a firm fixed price Contract, effective November 15, 2017 through November 14, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $1,050,000.

  • CONTRACTOR shall provide continuous Operations and Maintenance Services during the support hours, as set forth in Section VI A below, including, without limitation, through a customer support center.

  • CONTRACTOR shall provide the same Operations and Maintenance Services for the then current Version Release as for all prior Version Releases.

Operations and Maintenance Services or “O&M Services” Has the meaning set forth in Section 2 of Schedule A to the General Terms and Conditions Schedule A
Operations and Maintenance Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.

Related to Operations and Maintenance Services

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Maintenance and Operations Revenue or “M&O Revenue” means (i) those revenues which the District receives from the levy of its annual ad valorem maintenance and operations tax pursuant to Section 45.002 of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, or other lawful authority, and Article VII § 3 of the TEXAS CONSTITUTION, plus (ii) all State revenues to which the District is or may be entitled under the applicable provisions of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE or any other statutory provision as well as any amendment or successor statute to these provisions, as applicable, less

  • Scheduled Maintenance means any adjustment, repair, removal, disassembly, cleaning, or replacement of components or systems required by the manufacturer which is performed on a periodic basis to prevent part failure or equipment or engine malfunction, or anticipated as necessary to correct an overt indication of malfunction or failure for which periodic maintenance is not appropriate.

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Industrial maintenance coating means a high performance architectural coating, including primers, sealers, undercoaters, intermediate coats, and topcoats formulated for application to substrates, including floors, exposed to one or more of the following extreme environmental conditions listed below and labeled “For industrial use only;” “For professional use only;” “Not for residential use;” or “Not intended for residential use.”

  • Utility Services means any products, services and equipment related to energy, telecommunications,

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Basic Services means the services set forth in Exhibit A. The Consultant must perform the Basic Services to the Director’s satisfaction.

  • Prosecution and Maintenance or “Prosecute and Maintain” means, with regard to a Patent Right, the preparing, filing, prosecuting and maintenance of such Patent Right, as well as handling re-examinations, reissues, and requests for patent term extensions with respect to such Patent Right, together with the conduct of interferences, the defense of oppositions and other similar proceedings with respect to the particular Patent Right. For clarification, “Prosecution and Maintenance” or “Prosecute and Maintain” will not include any other enforcement actions taken with respect to a Patent Right.

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.
